Who are you?
I’m Marios, nice to meet you!
What is “within specifications”?
It is when something works as expected. For example a ceiling light mounted well enough to not fall on your head. Incidentally, it is also the name of this website.
But why “DO NOT PANIC”?
It’s a reference to The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. The Guide has “DON’T PANIC” inscribed in large, friendly letters on its cover. Good advice for navigating both the galaxy, software development, and life in general —which I guess is part of navigating the galaxy.
